I get to keep my mustang! *happy dance*
Ok. let me back up. We need a new car because, apparently, mustangs are not built to put a car seat in the back. Who knew?! Personally, I think it would fit fine with the top down, but that was ix-nayed really quick.
So we go to Ford with the intent to trade in the mustang (which, incidentally has 2 more years on its financing which amounts quite a lot of $$) and see if they'll make us a deal if we buy a new car. They made us a pretty good deal. But Terri was sad. Terri loves her mustang. Terri wanted to keep her mustang for ever and ever and ever...
Ahem. So, anyway, we looked at the budget and with the amount that daycare goes down this month (because Dylan is in the toddler room now) and if we got rid of the maids (yes, we have maids, but they were pissing me off anyway. They broke my Lenox frame and then hid it from me. And I found dust. But I digress...) we would have enough to cover a lease. So we leased a brandy new Escape. It's blue. It's pretty.
And you know what else is pretty? My MUSTANG!!!!! WOOOOOOOO!!!!

I just... I don't know... I really think Dylan and my dad would have gotten a real kick out of each other.
